ID. Patrimoine est un concours national imaginé par l’Union REMPART et la fédération Patrimoine Environnement pour sensibiliser les élèves de collège et de lycée à leur patrimoine local.
Nos élèves de 3PM ont participé au concours dans la catégorie Reporter du Patrimoine. L’objectif était de produire en petits groupes de 4 à 5 élèves, un article de presse sur le patrimoine local afin d’en comprendre l’histoire et le rôle mais aussi d’ouvrir des perspectives plus larges sur l’usage de ce lieu ou son utilité actuelle dans un contexte de développement durable.
Le thème retenu cette année s’intitulait : Passé riche, futur audacieux.
Les élèves ont porté leur choix sur le vieux port de La Rochelle et ses tours, le quartier du Gabut, l’espace Encan, le musée maritime et la Coursive, des lieux tournés vers la mer de par leur histoire ou leur emplacement géographique.
Ce travail transdisciplinaire, réalisé au CDI sur les heures de français et d’histoire/géographie, a permis aux élèves de (re)découvrir leur patrimoine local à travers une approche nouvelle. Les productions des élèves ont été envoyées cette semaine.
En attendant la délibération du jury qui aura lieu au mois de juin prochain, nous félicitons les élèves pour leur implication car la lecture de documents, la recherche d’informations, l’organisation des idées et la rédaction, n’ont pas toujours été des plus simples mais la mission est accomplie !
